The NWT On the Land Collaborative has announced applications have opened for upcoming 2024 projects.
The Collaborative says one of the goals set for the funding is to have a simple application process, and Collaborative Administration has been made available to distribute applications.
“Complicated grant applications and funding relationships should not be a barrier to people getting out,” Collaborative Administrator and Funding Partner Killulark Arngna’naaq says.
Interested applicants must request at least $1,000 and the Collaborative says there is no maximum amount; however, the fund itself has a finite amount of money to allocate. Additionally, applicants may apply on behalf of multiple projects.
According to the Collaborative, last year over $1.1 million in grants to 62 projects across the territory.
Applications are available through administration or online on the NWT On the Land Collaborative’s website.
