The GNWT and Sport North Federation are calling for applications for the 2023-24 High Performance Athlete Grant.
According to the GNWT, the grant provides funding for high performance athletes from the NWT to assist young athletes with costs associated with training and competing in their sport.
Successful applicants must be in good standing of a National or Territorial sport organization, be an NWT resident, not employed full-time, not be receiving remuneration from any professional sports team, and not reside outside of the NWT.
Interested individuals are encouraged to fill out an application form by November 2, 2023.
