Fort Good Hope residents are eligible for Income Assistance Program

The GNWT Education, Culture, and Employment Facebook page announces that residents of Fort Good Hope facing financial difficulties due to the recent fire and evacuation may apply for support via the Income Assistance Program. This initiative aims to offer financial aid to NWT residents, assisting them in meeting their basic and additional needs during challenging times.

To be eligibility for benefits, residents must demonstrate that their financial needs surpass their earnings. Applicants are required to submit the necessary supporting documents for their application to be evaluated for assistance.
