Avens Group Accepting Applicants for New Housing Location

The Avens group is now accepting applications for residency at their newly constructed facility.

The new building is known as the Aven Pavilion. New residents will be able to move in by October, and there are a few criteria that applicants must meet.

  • Applicants must be at least 55 years old.
  • Applicants must be independent, which is a status that must be supported by a doctor’s written confirmation.
  • No pets will be allowed in the Aven Pavilion

Single bedroom units will be offered at $1,260 per month, and two bedroom units will go for $1,830 per month.

Once applications have been sent, a vetting process will commence before the applicant will be allowed to move in. Once the vetting is complete, the applicant would be given a personalized walk-through of the facility and the housing units.
