Yellowknife Snow Cleaning Schedule for Week of December 9th

The City of Yellowknife has shared the snow cleaning schedule for the week of December 9^th.

On Monday, Morrison Drive will be cleaned from Sikyea Tili to Otto Drive South, and Arden Avenue will be cleaned from Dagenais Drive to Finlayson Drive.

On Tuesday, December 10^th, 44^th Street will be cleaned from 52^nd Avenue to School Draw Avenue, and Moyle Drive is going to be cleaned all along Haener Drive.

On Wednesday, December 11^th, Con Road will be cleaned from 54^th Street to House 72B, and from House 108 to Rycon Place.

On Thursday, December 12^th, 49A Avenue will be cleaned from 43^rd Street to 42^nd Street and from 49A Avenue to Franklin Avenue. Burwash Drive will be cleaned from Forrest Drive to 56^th Street. 54^th Avenue will also be cleaned from 52^nd Avenue to School Draw Avenue.

Finally, on Friday, December 13^th, 50A Avenue will be cleaned from Forrest Drive to 56^th Street, and Herriman Road will be cleaned all along Borden Drive.

Residents are reminded to have their vehicles off of the roads at the time of their cleanings. Any vehicles that are blocking the work of cleaning crews will be towed away. Traffic delays should be expected, so motorists should have an alternate route planned for their commutes. Curbside carts should also be returned to their properties before the cleanings take place.
