The Fort Smith RCMP are searching for the suspects behind a gun shot and house fire within the community.
The incident was reported just before 4:30am on March 7th, when the police were informed of a gunshot and a fire at a house on Field Street. Officers arrived on the scene and were able to learn that two men were seen fleeing the area in a Hyundai Sedan, which was being driven by a third individual.
The house was entirely destroyed by the fire, but no injuries have been reported.
No suspects have been identified at this time. The Fort Smith RCMP are leading this investigation with help from the G Division Territorial Crime Reduction Unit, Fort Smith Protective Services, and the Office of the Fire Marshal.
