Snow King Cup 2025

Calling all pond hockey enthusiasts! The Snow King Cup is back for another year!
Rules:
– 4 on 4 (2 male-identifying and 2 female-identifying individuals on the ice at all times)
– Subs allowed
– 10 minute halves
– Each team is guaranteed 3 games
– Helmets recommended
– Ice-level nets (no lifties)
– No chicken goals (shots from behind centre)
– No goaltending
– $50 team fee
– Prizes!

Fun, fun and more fun is the goal here. Costumes, jerseys or awesome outfits are encouraged!
When emailing to register please state if your team would prefer to be in an advanced or recreational pool. Please remember to be aware and respectful of the skill level of those around you, as this tournament is open to all.
This tournament is played on unpredictable and unmaintained lake ice. Please play accordingly and be careful. There are no referees and no safety standards for the rink. The organizers take no liability for injuries. Skate at your own risk.
Games will start at 9:30 AM and the finals will be held at primetime (6ish). Schedules will be provided to team captains ahead of the tournament.
To register, email [email protected] with your pool (advanced or recreational), team members’ names and team name. Secure your spot by e-transfering your team fee to the same email.
